It has been way too long since I added any new content to my blog.  It seems that I have allowed so much on my plate at one time that I am getting behind.  Now I say getting behind, but there is no one but myself to answer to, so how could I be getting behind?  I have made a commitment in my business to what is most important.  Posting to my blog on a regular basis is one of the big rocks so to speak.  It is truly easy to let your calendar fill up with stuff.
Well today, as I was trying to clear some of the clutter from my inbox I opened a daily ezine that I receive and a quote stared right back at me.
“If, before going to bed every night, you will tear a page from the calendar, and remark, “there goes another day of my life, never to return,” you will become time conscious.”
~ A. B. Zu Tavern
I immediately copied the quote and began writing today’s message.  Some of the things that have taken my time are extremely important to me.  And tonight when I retire I will be glad I accomplished them.  But there are other things that I allow to interfere that I am sorry I used precious time on.  I will take the time now to re-focus on what is important, make my list and set my timer to keep me on task.
Take a look at how you are spending your time and don’t let those (time thiefs) things that are not important steal your time away.  Ask yourself what are you doing with your life? It may seem like I am getting carried away here, but look at how easy it is to loose a day and then the next day and then the next. Before long you can easily loose an entire week or more and not even realize where the time has gone. Protect your time.
Hey, keep watching as I announce a new venture and oppportunity to win some cool prizes.
